All our camcorders are supplied with a 2 year UK warranty.
In the event that a camcorder becomes faulty, we will arrange for it to be collected within two working days and the camcorder will be sent direct to an appropriate repair centre. Following an initial engineers report to us, we will authorise the repair providing there is no evidence that the camcorder has been misused or dropped and that it has been operated within the manufacturers guidelines.
Most repairs are completed within 10 working days and we ask all customers to allow 14 days for the repair to be completed and the camcorder returned. Occasionally, repairs may take longer if the manufacturers do not have the part that is needed in order to repair the camcorder. This is a rare occurrence and should this happen, we will keep the customer updated on their repair throughout the time that the camcorder is with the appointed engineer.
